Description
Made from grapes grown on the loess lymphatic soil of Tarcal, it was fermented in small oak barrels and matured on fine lees for six months. Soft peachy beginning, followed by vanilla, marzipan and southern fruits, with a round finish. It is recommended to be consumed chilled to 10-12 °C with white meat dishes and light cheeses. alcohol: 14% vol, sugar: 7.6 g/liter, acid: 6.1 g/liter)
