Description
The wonderful Gramona III Lustros Gran Reserva Brut Nature is a Corpinnat sparkling wine made mainly from Xarel·lo and Macabeo. The varieties are grown in the Font Jui vineyard, Xarel·lo on a 4-hectare plot of clay soil and Macabeo on a 1-hectare plot of sandy soil. Both are organic, and the winery is increasingly using biodynamic techniques to enhance the vitality of the grapes. First, the grapes were fermented separately in stainless steel tanks. This was then bottled as Brut Nature and aged for 94 months on the lees in the cellar. Finally, the Corpinnat champagne was disgorged by hand, no sugar was added to the wine after the process. The natural sugar content is 3 grams per liter. It is recommended to consume it in a glass as large as possible, as aeration is necessary. Serious sip, extremely small, creamy bubbles. It accompanies the most important moments, it is too serious for a welcome drink, it is better to accompany main dishes or to crown the occasion at the end of the meal.
