Description
Our vineyard- and variety-selected semi-dry kabar batch was made for the 4th time in the history of HOLDVÖLGY. The aroma welcomes us with a whirlwind of fruits with pineapple, apricot and anise. Its dynamic flavors are characterized by lychee, green apple and passion fruit, supplemented with exotic spices. Vibrantly flowing flavors unfold before us, as if we were biting into fruit. Our Kabar harvest is rarely bottled independently, it mostly goes into our VISION dry estate selection as a defining spice element. But careful viticultural work and purposeful intervention in wine making make it possible to make outstanding wine in exceptional vintages. In 2020, we managed to harvest just the same amount of Kabar grapes that made this possible.
