Description
Deep, youthful ruby color with a purple edge. Its smell is more intense than average, extremely precisely fruity, the cherry is exceptional, but there are also blueberries and blackberries. When tasted, we get a great structure: no heaviness, exploding fruit (see the aroma), great acids, proportionate alcohol, no warmth, barely detectable barrel vanilla. The tannin is a special number: soft, polished, but backbone at the same time. The petrol-toasty nature of the variety does not affect it.
