Description
From the pre-harvest harvest, almost all of the estate's blue grapes are kept on the skins for a short time in tanks, cooled, and fermented with special yeast. In its aroma, the delicate scent of roses flirts with strawberries. When tasted, it is dry, and its acids are refreshing, almost making the sip fly. It's like munching on a bowl of strawberries on a sunny terrace. A light, fun rosé, of which one glass is never enough!
