Description
Pre-harvests from almost all of the estate's blue grapes, after a short period on the skins in a tank, cooled and fermented with special yeast. In its fragrance, the delicate scent of roses flirts with strawberries. When tasted, it is dry, its acids have a refreshing effect, almost making the sip fly away. It's like munching on a bowl of strawberries on the sunny terrace. A light, fun rosé, of which one glass is never enough!
