Collection 243...An exciting collection of vintages, this is the 243rd cuve of their existence. Now 59% is the 2018 vintage, which is enriched by additional vintages in 31%: 2012-13-14-15-16-17 and 10% of the base wine of these vintages matured in oak barrels. Shelf life 36 - 48 months. Classic varietal composition: Chardonnay 42%, Pinot Noir 40%, Pinot meunier 18%. Dosage: 8g/l Completed with grapes purchased from three plantations, own territory and partner wineries, "Heart of the Terroir" from the heart of the Terroir: 1/3 La Riviére, 1/3 La Montagne, 1/3 La Côte The 2018 is a truly warm year, the summer abounded in many new records, in terms of heat and dryness in general. The well-timed vintages allowed the Pinot noir to give a very serious and elegant, almost luxurious character, while the Chardonnay was very dense and salty, and the Pinot meunier produced intense fruit. Incomparable finesse and elegance, the addition of the selections adds serious complexity to our glass.
