Description
Epic 2022, from organic farming, was spontaneously fermented after harvest and carbonated before bottling, so it's not a Pet Nat, but a simple champagne. Fruity and floral, with a hedonistic twist. Like all Meinklang natural wines, bottled unfiltered and without added sulphur.
