Description
In Burgenland, the fun is definitely Mulatschak. The Italian Riesling was harvested in late August, the aromatic Szürkebarát and Tramini in early September. It was soaked on skins for 5-7 days, then after pressing it was aged for 4 months on fine lees. A peachy, grapey, smooth, fruit juice-like wine with a real festival feel. With 23 mg/l total sulfur and 1 g/l residual sugar. Varietal composition: Italian Riesling, Pinot Gris, Tramini
