Description
Cabernet Sauvignon is a world variety, it can be found in many wine regions, it has been native to the Szekszárd Wine Region for 100 years. It has a characterful, dark-colored wine. In the Szekszárd wine region, it is characterized by soft acids and spiciness. This grape is harvested for the last time at the beginning and middle of November every year, in excellent quality. The healthy, ripe grapes come from the hills surrounding the town of Szekszárd, which are picked from 1.5 kg of capital load, selected with a green harvest (yield limited). The grapes are made with gentle processing, which means that the mash is gently macerated, so that the strong tannins are not dissolved, so we get velvety, easy-drinking wines, which are then aged in oak barrels. Deep dark color, full-bodied, very substantial, valuable wine, decorative notes, blackberry, blackcurrant, nice tannin-filled effect, noticeable. Its aroma shows the aromas characteristic of the cabernet variety and the common aromas of aging in oak barrels. Recommended for meat dishes. Recommended consumption temperature: 18-20ºC.
