Description
Cabernet Sauvignon is a world variety, found in many wine regions, and has been native to the Szekszárd Wine Region for 100 years. It has a characteristic, dark-colored wine. In the Szekszárd Wine Region, it is characterized by soft acids and spiciness. We harvest this grape for the last time in early and mid-November every year, and the healthy, ripe grapes come from the hills surrounding the city of Szekszárd in excellent quality. We pick them from 1.5kg heads, selected with a green harvest (yield-limited) heads. The grapes are made with gentle processing, which means that we gently macerate the mash, which prevents the strong tannins from dissolving, so we get velvety, easy-to-drink wines, which we then mature in oak barrels. Deep dark-colored, full-bodied, very substantial, valuable wine, decorative notes, blackberry, black currant, nice tannin-filled effect, noticeable. Its aroma shows the typical aromas of the Cabernet variety and the common aromas of oak barrel aging. Recommended with meat dishes Recommended serving temperature: 18-20ºC
