Description
The wine opens with pleasant, mature aromas characteristic of linden. Powdery, floral, banana and melon scents. In a sip, ripe exotic fruits with yellow flesh, quince compote, applesauce. Smooth surface, roundness, almost creamy texture. Excellent acids, mature flavors, substantial, serious wine with a long lasting aftertaste. In addition to poultry, pork and veal are also a great choice, even with a slightly richer sauce or gravy, but you can also go for more complex dishes. Aging: in 500-liter one-, two- and three-year-old European Kádár oak barrels for 6 months, using the battonage technique.
