Description
Our Chardonnay champagne, named "La Bulle", or "The Bubble" in Hungarian, was made in accordance with the French tradition using the Méthode Traditionnelle process, i.e. it was fermented in the bottle and aged for 19 months. The end result was a rich pearly, elegant brut champagne, whose flavor world is most comparable to the French Crémant.
