Description
Its aroma is a mixture of pleasant fruitiness and spiciness. A wine of excellent structure, with vibrant freshness, in which notes of white-fleshed peaches and ripe plums appear. we continued this in the ideal autumn weather. October, in particular, provided three textbook weeks that were perfect for the development of high-quality aszu grapes: early morning fog, afternoon sun and wind. The aszu grapes were soaked in fermenting must for two days. After pressing and then fermentation, we matured the aszú wine in 300 and 500 liter Zemplén oak barrels for more than 2 years in our traditional cellar. This was followed by the final marriage in the spring of 2020. Recommended consumption temperature 11-13 C°. It is an excellent accompaniment to sweet and spicy Asian cuisine, foie gras and fruit desserts. Alcohol: 11% Sugar: 158.1 g/l Acid: 7.93 g/l Bottling date: July 2020
