Description
We thought that, in addition to the many wild blackberry, blackberry, and pear pálinkas, an equally excellent pálinka can also be made from the gentle version of homemade raspberries. We made it! But not by making geist according to the old rules of the spirits industry, but by making classic brandy, by fermentation and distillation. The result is astonishing: the raspberry jumps out of the glass and then rolls down our throats. Due to production site limitations, we could only make it as a distillate this year.
