Description
The fruit of the Spern Steiner vineyard is this selected Merlot, whose deep ruby color turning black and oily movement reveal a great wine. Its slow-opening aroma reveals intense spicy notes, accompanied by black cherry, forest fruits, chocolate-coffee notes and oak aromas. The taste has a deep and dense structure, with a larger body and a thicker meaty texture. The fruitiness that completely fills the mouth is characterized by intense and concentrated aromatics, further carrying the constituent elements known in the fragrance. Its lively tannins are expected to smooth out even more with shorter aging, which can lend longevity and excellent balance to the composition.
