Description
Despite the warm southern slopes, the sip is led by vigorous acids, with light fruits and a medium body. Franc and merlot in a half-and-half ratio, classic processing: berry-based ingredients, controlled fermentation, aging in used five-hectare barrels, with few new barrels.
