Description
An exceptional growing area on the southernmost slope of the Tokaj mountain with loess soil deposited on black dacite. Sunny, steep hillside overlooking the Great Plain, hand-picked harvest, gentle pressing, barrel fermentation and aging. An unexpected tight acid structure from the loess soil, which is made elegant and balanced by a small amount of residual sugar. It smells like wild flowers, a little acacia and pear. The taste is full of fruit: peaches, fresh pears, juicy summer apples. Long finish, fine oakiness, roasted aromas and, of course, pleasant fruitiness throughout the sip.
