Description
It is a traditional, i.e., bottle-fermented champagne. Purely made from the Furmint variety, harvested in mid-September to achieve the ideal acid, alcohol and sugar content. The base wine fermented spontaneously and was then sparkling in Budafok. It rested and matured in bottles for 2.5 years in Budafok before being put on the market.
