Description
When someone thinks of elegant white wines, the name Chardonnay is certainly one of the first to come to mind. We wanted to take this generally formed image further, and even raise it to a higher level. The vintage already brought a good ripening to this grape variety, which, after malic acid decomposition and regular stirring on a fine sieve, gave birth to a full-bodied, white wine. Fermentation and maturation took place in new barrique barrels using battonage technology.
