Description
Italian Riesling in a refined version. This Italian Riesling was made from perfectly ripe grapes, with gentle processing and fermentation in steel tanks. An important variety of the wine region, which produces beautiful wine in several stages of maturation, this style is intended for the table of restaurants, as it can be an excellent choice with meals. Its crystal-clear, greenish lemon color shines like a mirror. It is characterized by medium viscosity. Its restrained aroma is dominated by the mineral, salt and fresh herbs characteristic of the area. Mixed with straw and the bitter almond characteristic of the variety, it has a quite complex effect. When tasted, the dry sip is characterized by an almost high acidity, a light but concentrated body. In addition to the notes promised in the fragrance, lemon and lemongrass also appear.
