Wassmann Morizz Vörös Pezsgő 2016 (0.75l)
The grapes were harvested early on 4 September to make the base wine. It was carefully pressed, sponaneously fermented and stored in stainless steel for 8 months. The second fermentation was classic traditional method. The wine was aged on the lees from July 2017 until disgorgement. It is characterised by persistent yeasty notes and a delicate mousse. A Brut Nature, totally unsweetened, just as nature intended.
