Description
It is made with a cold-fermented, reductive process, with a short maceration on the skins for a few hours. Its deeper, darker than average color is determined by the higher content of pigments accumulated in the berry, thanks to the granite bedrock. In addition to raspberry and strawberry aromas, a strong vegetal character can be detected in the aroma, which is also retained in the taste. A light, easy-drinking, full-bodied wine.
