Description
Rozzy is a fresh, pleasant, easy-drinking, sparkling rosé wine. Cold-fermented, made with a reductive process, with a short soaking on the skins for a few hours. Deeper, darker than average, its color is determined by the granite base rock and the higher color content accumulated in the berry. In addition to raspberry aromas, its aroma also has a vegetal, grassy character.
