Description
Sauvignon Blanc was present in the Ménes wine region even before phylloxera. It is a cold-fermented, reductive white wine with a pale straw yellow color. In addition to apple aromas and tropical fruits, it also has a vegetal, hay-like character. In the taste, it retains an apple and citrus character, with nice, lively acids.
