Description
100% garnacha, from Carinena, 600-800 meters above sea level, from old vines over 40 years old. The recipe uses natural yeast and battonage technology. The wine matured for 8 months in French 300 and 500 liter barrels. The richness of the wine can be felt at the moment of filling, the smell and color already reveal that the attraction is not everyday. In addition to the complex and intense fruitiness, cocoa, coffee and spiciness also enrich the aroma scale.
