Description
100% Garnacha, from Carinena, 600-800 meters above sea level, from old vines over 40 years old. Natural yeast and battonage technology are the recipe. The wine matured for 8 months in French 300 and 500 liter barrels. The richness of the wine is felt at the moment of filling, the aroma and color already reveal that the attraction is not everyday. In addition to the complex and intense fruitiness, cocoa, coffee and spiciness also enrich the aroma range.
