Description
Jeune is a blend of organically grown Viognier (40%), Vermentino (30%) and Chardonnay (30%). Fermented in steel tanks, the blend matured in the bottle after blending. The nose is of pear and citrus, with round acidity and a pleasant length and butteriness typical of the Chardonnay variety.
