Description
Organically grown chardonnay (80%), pinot blanc (15%) and pinot noir (5%) make up the champagne. The raw material is harvested by hand and fermented separately for each variety. After blending, the aging in the bottle lasts for a minimum of 18 months. In the glass, it is straw-yellow in color, with a lively, persistent beading and fine foam. Its aroma is complex and intense, with ripe white-fleshed fruits and bread crust. It is best paired with fish and light dishes as an aperitif.
