Description
The aszu grains were sorted several times, one by one, and then poured into vats, where they were stored until the beginning of November. The aszu grains were mixed with fermenting must without opening and left to soak for approx. for 48 hours. After squeezing out the aszú dough, the wine was fermented in a tank, after fermentation it was poured into barrels (part of it into new barrels), where it was aged in the cellar for 2 and a half years. Bottling in January 2006. Deep golden color, orange-peeled, tropical, fruity, spicy, intense aroma, but already supplemented with secondary and tertiary notes (tea, tobacco). It is characterized by fullness and creaminess in the mouth, its rich content is balanced by bright acids. Analysis: Alcohol -12.5% Residual sugar - 169 g/l Total acid - 11.4 g/l
