Description
Organic wine made from young grapes, which has a deep ruby red color and a bright crimson shade on the edges. After a short aeration, cappuccino, cocoa powder, then ripe black forest fruits and peppery spicy notes are suddenly felt. When tasted, it is characterized by a thick, meaty, concentrated taste, which is enriched by aromas reminiscent of rum cherries, red cranberries, currants, bitter gourd and premium quality dark chocolate. The characteristic notes of the 1-year aging in wooden barrels form a quickly formed harmony with the original flavors and defining components of the grapes. Its alcohol remains nicely in the background, but sufficiently rounds out its excellent structure and enhances the highlighting of its flavor notes. Its pleasantly soft and substantial finish is dominated by ripe fruitiness, which is joined by soft tannins.
