Description
The cabernet sauvignon grapes intended for PétNat were hand-harvested and spontaneously fermented in a tank, then filled into champagne bottles, where it finished fermentation without additives, only with its natural yeasts, preserving the bubbles that formed in the meantime. PURPLE SUN is like the longed-for sunshine that instantly cheers you up! A clean aroma, juicy, ripe berries, rich strawberry and cassis aromas emerge in the mouth, accompanied by fine bubbles.
