Description
We make it only in the best vintages, when the aszu grains are abundantly harvested. Oremus Eszencia - the legendary wine, the bearer of mystical secrets, will be made from the juice that flows drop by drop from the aszu grains. Nectar, born on the Oremus estate, stands out among the Asú wines. A wine with an incredibly rich aroma, unique in the world. It has a low alcohol content (2-3%), it is made without pressing, as a result of which the residual sugar content can exceed 500 grams per liter. The aszu grains are picked individually by hand. Remember that a harvester harvests between 5-10 kg per day. The berries stay in the Oremus winery for 15-20 days. As the eyes squeeze each other, due to their own weight, the nectar, or essence, in them slowly drips out. After that, it matures in 50 liter glass bottles. After two years, we transferred it to 68-liter, so-called "Average" barrels, where it continues to develop. It can be kept in the bottle for decades, and it matures after very slow aging.
