Description
It is a traditional, i.e., bottle-fermented champagne. Purely made from pinot noir variety, harvested at the end of August to achieve the ideal acid, alcohol and sugar content. It fermented spontaneously, and then the base sparkling wine was sparkling in Budafok. It rested and matured in bottle for 28 months before being put on the market. Ripe, fruity champagne with nice bubbles and good acidity.
