Description
The wine from organic viticulture has a bright straw yellow color, which produces a thicker glycerin ring and a more oily movement. Its rich and developing aroma is dominated by sweet barrel spices and stewed aromas, but behind it are ripe tropical fruits, quinces and juicy summer pears. The taste is a full-bodied and densely woven wine, which is made more exciting by noble oak aromas, a creamy texture and an almost meaty structure. Full-bodied and complex green veltelíni, which suggests fruitiness from more ripe grapes, greater concentration and a more definite presence of oak aromas. In the finish, more intense notes of maturation, delicately salty minerality, exciting tartness, compact structure and lively fruitiness begin to blend into each other.
