Description
The raw material of our HEMATIT Italian Riesling was selected from our red sandstone vineyards, rich in hematite iron ore. This ancient mineral red soil is the geological signature of Csopak. The complex, salty and fruity Italian Rieslings from here formed the basis of Csopak's recent reputation. Organic grapes, hand harvested. The berry picking and crushing was followed by a short soaking on the skins, gentle pressing, then tank fermentation and 8 months of gentle aging.
