Description
Produced using sur lie and batonnage winemaking techniques, resulting in a complex, unique wine with great potential. The grapes were late harvested giving ripe fruit, complemented by spicy notes from three months in oak. Thus, a very flavourful wine characterised by a lingering finish thanks to its natural residual sugar and characteristic acidity.
