Description
The raw material must from the southern, varied soil areas of the Wairau Valley was fermented in a steel tank and bottled after 3-4 months of maturation. Its aroma profile is more representative of the more mature, fruity line: lime, tropical fruits, passion fruit, guava, green spices, green pepper, elderberry, cut grass and flowers.
