Description
In 2019, for the first time in a long time, we felt that we wanted to make a Bikavér crossbreeding, which we intended primarily for the Finnish market. Encouraged by the success of the tastings at home, we felt that we should market our bull's blood here as well. The scent of lovely flowers and blue berries creates harmony, with the spicy support of kadarka in the background. The taste is silky, showing slightly vanilla barrel notes, slightly different from the general bull's blood taste.
