Description
As a result of botrytis cinerea, a noble mold that attacks grapes, it is made from grapes that turn brown on the stem and are picked separately, one by one, at harvest time. The year 2013 was an excellent vintage: we were able to harvest high-quality aszu grapes, completely permeated by botrytis, from which this miracle was made from the almost creamy must extracted without pressing, thanks to the pressure of their own weight during the storage of the aszu grapes. An exceptional batch rich in minerals, sugar and the special aromas and flavors characteristic of Aszúszém, which shows all the beauty of the wine region in incredible complexity. Its color is a vibrant golden yellow color, intense, pure fruit flavor, with incredibly rich botrytis notes.
