Description
The Szent Tamás vineyard is one of the highest and most excellent areas of Mád. It is characterized by stony, mixed red ground cover, which has excellent water retention properties. Golden yellow color, with pleasant citrus and spicy notes. In the mouth, it is rich and round, dominated by peach and honey with a flattering balance. An extremely balanced wine, with a creamy, silky texture and a clean, long finish. After late spring frosts, a nice summer and the appropriate autumn botrytis hardening, we harvested concentrated and intensely flavored grapes and grapes. The vintage is outstanding for both dry and sweet wines: perfect balance on the dry and incredible richness on the sweet. As a result of the selected harvest in October and early November, the overripe and half botrytis-cured furmint bunches were pressed after berrying. After fermentation, we aged the wine for 15 months in our traditional cellar, in 300 liter Hungarian oak barrels. We recommend it on its own chilled to 12°C, or even with foie gras. It is an excellent accompaniment to spicy Asian cuisine, caramel or fresh fruit desserts. Sugar: 127 g/l Acid: 7.85 g/l
