Description
blend of 13 grape varieties from the Carpathian Basin belonging to the pre-phylloxera blight, built on a Balafánt basis. Our goal was to create a complex wine that showcases both depth and height from varieties belonging to different color and aroma groups. One that is perhaps intended to recall the multi-component somlai of the past. Its aroma is dominated by astringent white-fleshed fruits and herbs. On the palate, first must, ripe pears, deeper sweet fruits, a touch of tannin, then herbs, with a bitter aftertaste. It's worth letting it open, because it reveals more and more layers of fragrance. It is also recommended to keep the sip in our mouth longer so that we can discover all its depths. The recommended drinking temperature is 14 degrees Celsius, from a glass with a larger volume.
