Description
Our estate red from the volcanic Tihany peninsula. Tihany is the only production site in the Balaton highlands, where the blue grape is the master. Not by chance! The special microclimate of the volcanic craters and the mineral-rich basalt tuff crumbly soil produce well-balanced, fruity, salty red wines. Our tufa peninsula selection is a Kékfrankos-based field blend, in which we focus on the character of Tihany instead of varieties. Open-vat fermentation, hand-crushing, lots of fruit, with a breath-taking barrel. A volcanic fruit bomb.
