Description
One of our favorite grape varieties is Rhine Riesling. We grow this grape variety on 1.5 hectares of our own land, with a low capital load, 0.6-0.8 kg of grapes/capital. After whole bunch pressing, fermentation took place spontaneously in tanks. The wine then matured on fine lees for 7 months before bottling. Alcohol: 13% vol Sugar: 4.4 g/l Acid: 6.4 g/l
